I do fascial maneuvers DAILY!! Human Garage is changing the game. I love that people undermine them, preventing my competition from gaining an edge 🏁 🏃♂️ 😁

Nsima said it exactly... Allopathic doctors told me what I couldn't do with my knees... Ben Patrick showed the path to what I could do... Love this mindset, and the paradigm he is offering... So much great stuff. For free! Thank you very much 🙏

One thing I'm unsure about is people saying they can be pain-free without loaded movement. As a guy in my 30s, I love playing sports. I need those loaded movements to stay pain-free while playing basketball. If my life just looks like going for walks, then maybe I can get away with it, but I just don't think you can make a blanket statement about being pain free in your joints without getting into some load.

Several years ago in my lower legs I would get the sensation that something was crawling around in them. Over time my legs felt like they were constricted. And I don’t move normally. Today I was at the swimming pool, started doing the breaststroke and it felt like my legs were wrapped in some kind of case. In my mind I thought about sausages. I did not feel normal. Can you give me any idea of what has been going on in my legs? Also, it gets worse at night and the constriction keeps me from sleeping. Thanks.

Just before you started talking about curcumin, the guest mentioned a famous body lifter who had UC. How did he work that out?
@billyboy62092 жыл бұрын
Not sure how he worked it out specifically but I've completely resolved my UC with a carnivore diet. Check out revero health, lots of people have had the same results!

His name is Franco! He created and used the PowerCurc30 supplement. It has a high percentage of the third curcuminoid which acts on inflammation intracellularly

I'm surprised you put this guy on your podcast. He's been called out so many times by other professionals for flat out misinformation and nonsense. this dude claimed he helped someone's cancer pain through stretches. like what? so you're saying chemo pain can be managed by stretching? gtfo
@johnbyrne38282 жыл бұрын
He's a hack. I have no fucking idea what he was talking about. They could have asked better questions. They just let him spout nonsense for 2 hours without actually explaining what he does to help people.

How about actually trying the human garage program which is free instead of bashing it. We've been lied many times by professionals about our health (they could have good intentions) and put on prescriptions that suppress symptoms instead of fixing the root cause of the problem. You don't have to do everything he suggests but the program (28 day reset) gives out a lot of good information. It's not the "stretching" of muscles, its the stretching of fascia which is completely different. Also if you go in there with a mind of this isn't going to work 100% then its not for you because in healing you need the physical, emotional, and mental aspect. Negative thoughts and emotions will just get in the way. Ever tried to study or do focused work when angry, frustrated or with the thought of "I won't get this task accomplished" repeated multiple times, you would never get anything done. The way he talks about his past about pain even in that short period when he was emotional, that's not acting since I've been in the same boat before, I could feel it dig deep.

This guy gives absolutely no information on what his exercise system is. He just says that it involves movement and perception without any real details. I've learned very little from this podcast.

He literally said multiple times, try the fascial maneuvers (15 min stress reset) (8 min organ reset) (free videos on their youtube channel) try it for 28 days and you'll see. Even after 1 week you'll notice what its doing... I've been doing them a few times a week, more or less, for months now and it's something i've hugely benefitted from. The 15 min stress reset in particular helped completely realign my uneven chest and I wasn't even expecting that to happen, also as someone with asthma, its helped me create a new relationship with my respiratory system allowing me to breathe deeper and overall I just feel more fluid in my movement... you will probably have different results cause we all got different things going on, but theres definitely something special about these fascia maneuvers I really encourage u to try it out !
