Dr Johnson narrates the role of his professional tool-exercise in the achievement of human potential. He elaborates the power of biomechanics and their rightful chanelling in creating what his patients believe to be miracles that enforce in them the belief that the human body is truly capable of being the medium whereby dreams are achieved. Gladson Johnson a “Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist” completed his “Masters in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy” from Oxford College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore and is also a Certified Manual Physiotherapist.
He has worked in the rehabilitation of people who had Disc prolapse, Post-traumatic Orthopaedic surgeries, Sports Injuries, Cardiac surgeries. With the increasing demand, he stayed true to his primary tool, “EXERCISE”, to achieve one goal, to regain the quality of life.”
Gladson Johnson started Attitude Prime in 2010.“Exercises are general, but when we call it Medicine, it has to be administered precisely.” He has been instrumental in initiating and organizing the TRORT (THe Run Of the Raramuri Tribe) in Bangalore. It was started in 2012 and there have been 11 seasons till now. TRORT was primarily initiated as a running platform for a social cause.Over the last few years, they were able to give an injury free running experience to many children infected with HIV. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

I had an opportunity to visit at his clinic for a consultation for my knee pain when I run .. he suggested me to join gym and work on strengthening muscles and I did that and pain went away!! The funny part was while leaving the lady at the front desk asked me when is your next appointment? I said let me check with Doc and went back to ask him when should I come back... His answer was if you follow what I just said you don't have to come back... So don't come back!! I never went back to him again as his confidence made me more encouraging and Im working in it to build...thank you so much mr.gladson!🎉
