Hello. An HR Assistant role is very similar to any administrative role. No matter what department they work for. Some basic duties would be record management and organization, phone calls, making appointments, and calendar management. Within the HR department, an assistant might schedule interviews and / or find candidates for their manager. Maybe even conduct background checks when needed.

@ Thank you i got it but when you apply for HR related job if you notice they mention that did you have these skills experience for example, Microsoft excel, Ms word, and so on if you have any clue about these skills and the exact use of these if you gave guidance i will be very thankful .
