Super cool stuff! This reminded me of the scene from RoboCop 2 where they're testing the different versions of the new RoboCop suit and/or or in Ironman when Warhammer industries is trying to test their version of the Ironman suit.🤖

Cross section of hand will be different at different distance, how can your adaptive design work here when cross section is not circle

Be nice to game with something like this, pushing buttons is only good for spinal lordosis and carpal tunnel.

I dont quite understand why you're demonstrating such a trivial festure of what is a very impressive piece of kit.

Well aside from the importance of in depth demonstrations for all key features, human to machine attachments are typically very cumbersome, uncomfortable, hard to attach or all of the above. Ask anyone with a prosthetic.

@@RapTapTap69 I'm sure, but it's hardly a huge innovation - despite how useful it might be.

@@georgemathieson6097 you'd be surprised. Designing around the human body is a unique and difficult challenge. You have to account for different sizes and shapes and weights as well as how to apply pressure that holds the apparatus securely but doesn't damage the flesh or cause discomfort. Another video of theirs shows how the attachment system even keeps the bones aligned when the system is fully strapped down without needing to adjust for every case Sorry for geeking out but I work in prosthetic design so I find innovations like these pretty fascinating

@@RapTapTap69 Ahh no worries at all! Typical computer engineer here - likely not fully appreciating the challenges in such a field. 😅

@@RapTapTap69 more cumbersome than the 450kg tower behind him attached to the floor and holding the arm?
