Yeah once fully upgrades which dosent take that long the Stoic perk deck is so ridiculously powerful that it instantly became the best deck in the game when it was released and it still is in the top 3 today.

4:50 this makes a lot more sense on why he has so many military friends when you realize that Badger was actually a successful NROTC Midmanship, meaning he got his degree at a college as well as being marine-option for OCS, meaning he technically completed the requirements of being a Second Lieutenant in the marine corps while he was in college and though he never went through with being an active-duty member of the military, he was qualified as an officer back in college. For those who don't know, even the lowest ranked officer outranks the highest ranked enlisted, so a high ranked Sergeant Major would technically have been outclassed by this absolute youtube goofball. Although it's generally a respect thing that low ranking officers do not impose their rank on high ranked enlisted because the high ranked enlisted have been there longer, there are still many cases where a 20 year old hyper intelligent Second Lieutenant's word is at a higher value than a 40 year old high rank enlisted.

If you're aggro enough and can hit your shots, yes. It's one of the three builds that are commonly run solo on the highest difficulty. The other two of the top 3 being Dodge Hacker and Crit Anarchist. Healing Kingpin is probably 4th, but not as prevalent as the first 3 spots, sadly.

Stoic is still in the top 3 most-used perk decks, yes. No matter how much OVK buff other perk decks, the closest you get is Dodge Hacker or Crit Anarchist because Anarchist outright DELETES taking damage when your armor is broken, but it still isn't good enough with high enemy density without being INCREDIBLY high aggro. Of the 3, Stoic requires the least direct input.
