Humane Society searching for abandoned dog's owner

The Toronto Humane Society is out with a message about their program for struggling pet owners after a dog was abandoned in a park with a heartbreaking note. Michelle Mackey reports.

why u wanna bother to find the owner. He dozen want the dog. Just adopt him with someone who well care for him. lf ur welling to look after a dog show responsibility if not don't bother buying one. This owner was not ready for a dog. u know everything is going up and looking after a pet is getting too expensive. That was sad leaving the dog there and a note. That's not gonna help. Poor dog l hope he finds a better home anf gets the love he needs with a caring family.

This people that abandoning their dogs should be charged and fined heavily. The poor animals are secret. There is no excuse for that. They can always take them to shelters.
