Note: it’s best not to moisturize your face prior to beginning exercises. You need to be able to hold your skin. I felt more relaxed afterwards.

I can feel these movements doing so much good! As a holistic chiropractic I have used cranial adjustments since 1993 and I have seen amazing results. There's a whole lot more going on here with releasing the fascia in so many directions with so many different movements. Excellent work... thank you! Today is my first time with this routine. I'm a bit nauseous which that can easily happen when the cranial area is moving around this much. I look forward to experiencing more and more of the overall shift of the old physical patterns from past stress and traumas. 🤗

Love this new version of Fascial Facial! over the last couple of months, this maneuver has not only sent me off to sleep quickly at night, but also helped my chronic sinusitis diminish. Thank you!

This is wonderful. I recently had a molar pulled and it was quite traumatic. I was able to do this sitting up in bed and move a lot of energy. I'm in the face race! Hehe. Thank youuuuu . How beautiful that this wisdom is available to everyone

My friend, introduced me to your treatments. I was doing a shorter facial and advanced to this one, I can feel and hear bones cracking in back of my neck, weird but good feeling. The shoulder release is amazing. I am feeling a burning sensation with this one. 😊 whenever I find a video and try it out my anxiety levels slow right down 🥰. Thank you so much for sharing your treatments, I love them and share them with others that will benefit.

@@Krishramdhruv Hi there, there is a 45 minute release on utube, I have tried a few times. I just search Human Garage 45 minute fascia release. You can also search on utube for Human Garage and so many videos will come up to choose from 😊. If you really want to go further there is other longer programs that you pay for and you would contact Human Garage. The contact Information is posted under video captions. Hope this helps 😊

Today is 5/23/2024. I've had a headache since 11/2022, and no one has been able to figure out the cause or cure from Western Medicine to all kinds of holistic healing modalities. I'm going to try these moves and see if it makes a difference. Intuitively, I think it might. Will let you know. Thanks for sharing and the reminder to breathe well and do things slowly - neither of which is a habit of mine. Be blessed and thanks for what you are doing to help people throughout the world.

Things were not repeated symmetrically on each side on all or many of the moves- can anyone tell me the reason for that (figured balancing left to right would make sense- as that is what we’re generally taught)

This is probably a silly question, but does stretching and crumbling your skin cause wrinkles?
@MB-nq6ew6 ай бұрын
Would also love to know
@MissPagewizz4 ай бұрын
No. You can`t overstretch your skin within a few minutes. To overstretch the skin and cause wrinkles, you must hold the stretch 24 hours and a few months. I`m doing face massages and fascia work regular and my skin has become more tight. (I`m 45).
@MB-nq6ew4 ай бұрын
@@MissPagewizz thanks. I'm worried about the skin under the eyes also.

Can't say I felt much, but the tinnitus did change tones doing some movements. Some of the skin pulls were hard to grab, especially my trap which doesn't have much skin mobility at all.

This is yummy! It really opens up the fascial flow. I jiss the one where you grab and torque your throat under the jaw-line though. Any reason you've omitted that one? IT is infact the one which gives me the most release. Thank you massively for all your kind and beautiful guidance!

My first time doing this. I felt all kinds of things! Cracking in my neck and jaw and face. I’m seeing a neurologist team for sympathetic system nerve blocks monthly. They are stumped. I’m hoping this helps with all the tightness that I feel loosened up. Will keep following for that and the aesthetics part.
