This is amazing. I discovered the human garage yesterday and I’m hooked. I’ve had chronic neck problems for over 40 years due to an accident that left me blind in my right eye, my postural compensation has led to a lot of tension on the left side of my body with my C2 often rotating out of alignment and causing no end of body issues. I’ve done all sorts of treatments, even trained as a massage therapist to get a better understanding of my body. I use fascial release techniques but I’ve never seen anything like this and it makes so much sense. After doing this video only once I can feel a release on the back, left side of my skull (behind the ear), an area that is usually very jammed and restricted. My range and ease of movement has increased. I’m so very grateful, thank you.

Heard of these folks yesterday, did this video yesterday morning. Felt nice but didnt notice too much. Then this morning I woke up and by body felt like it was floating. Like peaceful, totally comfortable, opened. I'm not usually in much pain but this was noticable..has me wondering how good can my body feel? Did this video again today and feeling on cloud 9. Like I just did an hour long hot yoga session. Feeling the warm energy moving through my body. Wow, thanks to everyone who created this. 🙏🌞

Thank you! I've explored so many styles of bodywork, mobility exercises, yoga, Qi Gong, orthobionomy, etc., and these maneuvers are so effective in making an instant and seemingly lasting change. A month into coming across Human Garage, the closest I can come to describe the feeling (physically, but also mentally and emotionally) is how I've felt after spending all day at a hot springs. Hot springs are great when you have the time to travel to them, but it's so helpful to have tools that can generate a similar feeling day to day.

These routines work to bring release and relief. But what really brings me back to this channel is the incredible insight these guys have into body dynamics. Its just so f****** motivational ... on how good we can get in our area of interest! Need to up my game.

Just wondering anyone know the age of narrator? My guess 43? Also: Anyone that wants to chalk this fascia therapy as nonsense or pseudoscience, I have seen the effectiveness personally and also stumbled upon this medical study quote from 1961, “Therefore, when it (fascia) becomes damaged and restricted, a strong fascial pull may be created in the body - strong enough to pull joints, vertebrae and other structures out of balance”

I love this set! 🙏🏼 do you have more informations about fascias and scars? I’d love to learn more. Also, I have a scar right on my left wrist so it’s hard to access. I pin it in spiral with my right hand while bending it forward. Is it optimal?

Ok question..with exercises like the antler twist, where one hand is twisting forward and the other one back, after you do one side that way…do you switch to the other side? I noticed one eye is being pushed into one direction and the other being pulled up…do you do another set in the opposite directions?

Also a very specific question - for something like dental surgery (for example, a dental implant) are there specific fascia exercises that can be done to help with the intensity of the change to the jaw bone structure?

Thank you! I enjoyed the class and had some surprising emotions come up during the class... bitterness and resentment came up and I wonder if that was somehow related to the maneuvers releasing some things.
@HumanGarage Жыл бұрын
Yes! This is related. Emotions are trapped in the body. Its very common for emotions to come up when doing fascial maneuvers

Thank you for what you do!!!! I broke my jaw and had swelling of the brain in a MVA years ago. About 2 years ago my jaw started popping very loud and then I noticed the top of my left ear was sticking out through the hair on that side. On the X-ray it showed the jaw on the left side had dropped as well. I have a plate in my mandible and I have full mouth implants and scars on both legs and my abdomen. I am fascinated with fascia and spend a lot of time in the gym and woking to unwind all of it. I could go on and on forever talking about fascia but I just want to say that I did most of the stretches in your video today and the very first one, I felt a lot of like clicking in between my right shoulder and neck when I turned at first and by the end of that one stretch, it was not clicking and I have been having so much pain and impingement in my right shoulder lately! I did the rest of the stretches in the video and am going to commit to doing it daily for 30 days to see if the popping in my jaw and my floppy ear get better. I am a registered nurse who quit traditional medicine years ago to pursue a career in more natural ways to promote health and wellness so again, thank you !!!

Thank you ❤ I have a question. Sometimes you do the maneuvres only on one side. Do we have to repeat the same on the other side, or is it ment only for the one side, because the fascia is wrapped around in one direction? After the first excercise one of my eyes looked open and my eyebrow was up, the other eye was down and the eyebeow pointing down (like after a stroke). So I did it on the other side too, ta balance it out. Was it wrong? Oh and I have one more question. When I pull my skin like that am I not going to get some wrinkles or a flabby skin? Thank you very much ❤

I have so much pain in my neck and shoulder right side, as well as, allergies, sinus headaches, and migraines when I don't listen to my body or "abuse" it. So this was so helpful, I felt such a release in my sinuses and head and my shoulders and neck. I did feel a bit dizzy at times while doing it, and there is some pain invloved for some of these, but to me that pain is worth the after effects!! I am not in it for the beauty, but if it helps to alleviate some of the wrinkles and right face sagging then it's truly a win, win for me!! 🙏🏽💜🪄🥳
