The HDR does not come with a drink but you can mix the salt and sugar in water to make an oral rehydration solution for diarrhea (which is common in disaster areas due to contaminated water). For a more authentic HDR experience, you can add the sugar to a glass of water to make a sweet drink, instead of using a drink powder from a different MRE.

The humanitarian daily ration you have is from 2020 if it was from 2000va yellow bag in the reason why they switched from the yellow to a salmon color is cuz of cluster bombs looking the color of looking the same colors that yellow bags
