At least Psychic-type people exist in the Pokemon world and they are capable of some moves like Pokemon but learn them in a more limitedly. For example, Sabrina, Caitlin and Olympia, for example, are said to have had very powerful psychic powers since their birth. And in the Isle of Armor expansion pass, Avery tells that he only knows Telekinesis, even though his parents hoped that Averil would know some more useful moves like Teleportation or Telepathy. And Sabrina is believed to have moves Foresight, Future Sight and Kinesis and rumored to be capable of Telepathy.

Fun fact; humans can actually learn 4 moves in the game. Fight, bag, Pokémon, and run! Humans may not have many moves, but they are some of the most effective moves in the game.
