HUMBA NA LANGKA | Langka Na Humba

A vegan Filipino dish that is made with a delicious combination of young jackfruit, coconut milk, black beans, other vegies, and flavorful seasonings for a humba recipe which makes this an appetizing treat.
Ingredients:
1.2kg raw langka, cut into big chunks
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 big red onion, sliced
1 thumb ginger, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
3 cups coconut milk
1 stalk leeks
lemongrass
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp seasoning granules
2 tbsp black beans
1 1/2 cup coconut cream
