Thats a problem for the planet and only encourages the animal commodification industry.. You are and addict who isnt thinking clearly ... Also, those with experience know that it is much harder to change when you keep dosing on the drug you are trying to get away from. Pretending that doing barely enough is never going to be a reasonable strategy, and childish/overentitled and i suggest you and anyone who agrees with you do some reflection on that. Especially dwell on the animals who lives are sacrificed for your convenient saturated fat addiction

I’ve been an ethical vegan and whole food plant based eater for over 33 years and I’ve never used a cookbook or recipes. And I’m poor. Ppl need to understand that you don’t need expensive products or complicated recipes with a ton of ingredients. I eat simply - but I eat well. My breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal soaked in soymilk with flax and pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raisins and blueberries, my lunch is a peanut butter sandwich and fruit, and my dinner is generally a large bowl of greens, potato, hummus and/or beans, avocado, red pepper and sauerkraut, topped with nutritional yeast and Braggs amino acids. Desert is more fruit. Eating well and ethically doesn’t have to be complicated. 😊✌️🌱

Here are some other suuuuuuper simple but tasty things that you either didn’t know were vegan, or can make as a quick dinner: Refried bean tostadas ( just buy some cheap tostadas, canned refried beans, veggies and microwave the beans. Assemble and I’m not kidding, it’s so delicious, comforting, easy, and healthy to) Peanut rice noodles ( combine ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce, hot sesame oil. Rice noodles cook really quickly, so just add the cooked noodles to the sauce, stir, top with tofu, veggies, and green onions, then voila a delicious and noutricious meal in ten minutes with barely any dishes Vegan dessert: Coconuts chocolate mousse (heat up coconut milk, whip into vegan dark chocolate, chill, and then you have a great vegan dessert) Oreos Biscoff cookies Hope this helped anyone who was considering making the switch to Veganism 😊

I am not vegan but I am deeply interested in the vegan way of cooking, and I gotta say one this, that is for sure is that if you do not try to look for vegan replacement of not vegan food, then the cooking is already not expensive tasty but yet easy to do, and made with of the healthiest food we already have. And If you too like me like to try vegan cooking but sometimes maybe let something not vegan slip in (like cheese )do not hold back !! Every diet is different we can't expect for everyone to eat the same. Her recipes are always delicious so give it a try !!! Happy cooking

@andreasiven219 ай бұрын
@@asmrgreen2455 seems like they do it on purpose :)
@LukasWeber647 ай бұрын
@@andreasiven21No they do not “do it on purpose.” Processed junk food, because it tends to contain a lot of preservatives, is a lot cheaper to transport and store than fresh food. Fresh vegetables have a relatively short shelf-life, so inevitably some product is going to spoil before it reaches stores, and even in stores, some is not going to sell before its sell-by date. That product loss drives up costs. Plus, fresh food needs to be refrigerated during transport and in stores, which of course costs money. The cost difference is not some sort of supervillain conspiracy; it’s basic economics.

Thank you for inspiring us! As you may know, vitamin B12 (cobalamin), a nutrient that vegans often lack, is crucial for nerve tissue, brain function, and red blood cells. If the ingredients in a vitamin B12 supplement come from animals, it cannot be considered a vegan diet. The dried seaweeds "Aosa(Sea lettuce)'' and "Aonori(Green Seaweed)" that Japanese people often eat are rich in vitamin B12. Both are completely different from the black grilled seaweed used in Sushi that's J classic delicacy. Approximately 90% of J people have intestinal bacteria with genes that can digest raw seaweed, whereas non-J's have very few bacteria. This intestinal function is thought to evolve by ingesting marine bacteria on J long history of liking seafood. I'm no expert and don't know if a non-J's intestines can digest these dried seaweeds. In general, Intestinal flora transplantation is still not a mainstream treatment for changing or strengthening intestinal function. However, tasting these seaweeds is worth a try. These processed foods are easy to handle, contain vitamins B1, B2, C, Iron and other important nutrients, and I think they go well with a variety of dishes. Excuse my poor language.

A pork chop, like other meat chops, is a loin cut taken perpendicular to the spine of the pig and is usually a rib or part of a vertebra. Pork chops are unprocessed and leaner than other cuts.[1] Chops are commonly served as an individual portion, and can be accompanied with applesauce, vegetables, and other sides. Pork is one of the most commonly consumed meats in the world.[1][2] In the United States, pork chops are the most commonly consumed meat cut from the pork loin and account for 10% of total pork consumption.[2][3][4]

It is not expensive unless you choose expensive ...tofu, vegetables, legumes, etc. is not expensive and it's not expensive to season to vegan food to taste as one seasons other foods not vegan also for the same purposes. There are a lot of mental hurdles that are errors once one tries new things as you say ...once those mental blocks are overcome one finds it's easy not at all what one thought as in hard one just has to relearn how to eat, reprogram so to speak as many of us have been programmed to a certain diet one can definitely break through that programming and improve ones health and that has benefits for others not just "self"...Vegan cooked does not take any longer unless one chooses to...air fryers and intsa pots are excellent also in terms of time factors...I am not a microwave person myself though I realize many are. All the best! I have been vegan almost 21 years now...it's so freeing on so many levels! Sending encouragement!
