Make ourselves like dust so that things can grow in us. I love to tell my students "I don't know" or "I was wrong, what do YOU think? Help me think this through" & then "YES! That's a GREAT IDEA!!!" Then, watch them grow. And it's real & I then quote their idea in THEIR name.

Special insights for tu b"shvat approx half way through, about being like the earth, going against your nature, having flexibility, ability to bend! Love it! The power of the earth... Learning from the growth from the seeds of the trees... From the trees!
