Hummer EV Battery issue update

It’s been 2 months since last dealership visit and I’ve decided to get a new battery while vehicle is still under warranty. The biggest thing now is maintaining that new 12v battery #hummerev #hummer #EV #gmc

It sounds like either the vehicle 12 volt system is either drawing too much current when idle, more likely the vehicle's 12 volt charging circuit isn't working properly.

Really, 120k and you have to keep a wrecking company on standby when you’re driving it…i have a 2004 H2, 197 k on it, and was on the hook for a Transmission once, ill keep it all long as u can, before i buy one of those…

If it loses 30% of battery while not in use/plugged in, over a 3 day period (which it does) - how do you take it off roading over a weekend? Camping?

Free, the 12v battery. No problems at all with large battery pack that moves vehicle

Lithium Ion 12volt battery is easily 3x the price of cheap lead acid filler cap batteries. Maybe $700 max for the weird specs big AH battery. No clue what you mean by 15K?

What a moment, you had to buy something "Else" to make and keep a $115 K vehicle going ?. That's €£₩♧|{ ridiculous. At that price range all you should have to do is plug it in charge it. D for drive. Very surprised they didn't dig you on the battery, it's a "ware" item, not covered by warranty. That's the biggest problem or very unfunny joke about EV's mind numbing price for battery replacement. Biggest problem with postings, how short vehicles are kept. Most of us "Cake Eaters" keep a car or truck 5 to 10 years. Not 5 or 6 weeks.

I want one so bad. I’m sure they will get it worked out. I could never afford but I might win the lottery 😂 I have alpha 2008 artic white still going strong. Looks like a baby compared. I have a playlist on mine, we been together since 3 miles old he’s 15 yrs old. I’m drooling looking at this beauty, I have yet to see one in person.
