That was a shocking take of. He prerotated that fast with the stick back he almost had a dynamic roll over, then he gave it full power and took of behind the power curve, he should have stayed level with the ground a little bit longer to build up speed. If his engine failed on take of, he would not had enough speed to land safely. But I do like this gyro, very light and basic. JD

Gyro Nuts - this Gyro is made in Brazil, so most likely, it isn't for export to the US, and if it is, there wouldn't be much in the way of customer help here (thus probably the reason they don't list a price). You would have to contact the company and/or representative to get prices for this gyro (which has a great look, BTW). There are quite a few gyros available in the USA that would more than likely meet your needs. Sport Copter, Butterfly, Rotor Flight Dynamics just to name 3 that make kits, plus there are plans built gyros you can make just from plans if you're so inclined...

why is so difficult to get pricing on this machines,,,it is stupid of the companies who made then, if they give a price range, where more people will try to get it,, but since is almost impossible to get prices, then people just walk away, i research for many hours and can not get any place that a company will said the cost is $xxx to $xxxx, hate it!!

It's diferent..cant hover, single roter up top and uses forward propolsion to prevent spin. Also seems to be smaller than helicopter ..more like an ultra lite..just copter as opposed to plane. Really cool looking!

stevereel123 no the forward thrust is to keep the blades spinning and lift. the rotor isn't motorized for flight, that is just to get it spinning at the beginning then it's disengaged. unlike a helicopter which requires powered blades all the time, and tail rotor for anti torque.

Because you're not buying an off the shelf item like a motorcycle. Buying planes/gyros/choppers especially from smaller manufacturers are really built on a semi-custom basis. What power plant do you want? A rotax? Lycoming? how many hp? What instruments do you want? basic or full panel? How many radios? semi-or full enclosures? BRS? A lot of different options...So that's why there is a such a wide price range. On top of that, there is a currency fluctuation issue, especially with Rotax.

450,000 usd for this is a total rip off. There are other companies that will sell you a good gyrocopter for less than a 100K. Even if you took all the option it should not come close to this price.

I found a good gryocopter kit for 1k lol with everything already built just slide the pieces together it’s only so then the shipping is cheaper so I would say you should be able to find one for much less than 100k

Gyrocopters are more common in Europe than in the US, They fly by using the rotor blades in place of a wing, far safer and less costly than a helicopter. In the US we require 20 hours of instruction , easy, safe to fly cruise around 60 to 70 mph, Good luck , I apologize for the idiot who made the stupid comment, not all Americans are like that. I have been treated very well in numerous countries and wish our people would do the same.

xgi36 How are they safer? Also, maybe you can explain this: In the beginning of the video, how does the main rotor spin when the autogyro is not moving? I understand the rotor is not powered but I thought it has to pass through the air for it to spin, yet it spins while stationary. Also while stationary the pilot seems to lift back and lifts the front wheel of the gyro into the air, seen at around 2:00 in the video. How does this happen if the thing is stationary? Is it just a cyclic control from a swashplate?

Interesting yet rubbish clip. lots of pretty stills, a bit of flying and yet more stills. But NO commentary about the gyro or how dificult or easy it is to fly. No wonder we build our own, if this is the NON-information rubbish the companies put out.
