tasty and flavorful have you ever had hummus it is so good and healthy
ingredients
2 15 oz can of chickpeas
1 lemon
1/3 cup Tahini paste
1 small garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
and a pinch of paprika
salt for taste
and a pinch of power cumin
directions
in a processor combine the chickpeas the tahini and the lemon juice in the processor for 2 minute scrape the side and the bottom of the bowl then proceed for 30 more seconds. then add your olive oil your garlic and you cumin and give it another 1 minute, add salt for taste and do this for 1 more minute
if your paste is very thick add 3 to 4 tbsp of cold water until you can see the consistency is thick and smooth using a deep bowl put your hummus there and then add an additional 2 tbsp of olive oil and top it off with your paprika and enjoy
