Get well soon Gaurav Bro ❤ and please avoid seeds things for instance, tomato , brinjal ,lady finger etc..and even if you want to eat cucumber and guawa kindly remove the seeds , and avoid spinach and maa ki daal...drink lots of water especially lemon water .. ...this is a recurring disease ...u need to avoid these above foods recommending you from my personal experience..lastly..say BIG NO to Pizaaa now.

All the best Gaurav, get well soon. Medical in UK is quite good. Food with too much calcium avoid. In India Doctors give some medicine for stones to get resolved if stones r small.

Get a good water system installed in the house and don't rely on tap water/filter jugs. Having lived in the US and currently in the UK, I have passed 3 stones in the last 8 years. Never had this issue in India ever. The water is super hard here and in the US and has excess calcium which causes stones. Get well soon brother!💪

One has to pay at least 10000 rupees per night in Bharat and they treat person like nothing all money making business!! Here it's free and respect you as a human. NHS is best.
