if you can put 25-30% deposit then may be you can take it in 6 months.. banks won’t give mortgage otherwise.. if you have cash then buy anytime

Don't fake it brother . The mortgage is more than rent , then add house insurance , council tax , electric and water bill. You will end up paying 2500 every month if you buy a house in greater London 😅. Renting is better than buying in uk .
