I have plenty of lithium batteries. But no I haven’t messed with used ev batteries. But im really tired of flooded batteries. So im looking for alternatives. Ive seen people use these on golf karts I figured why not a pallet jack its a 24v system. But idk how to charge the battery I figured the current charger i have wouldn’t work

I use them. Good modules for cheap when you have controller and inverter, that lets you set voltages manually to work with 6S, 12S or 18S cells.

There are no inverters that will work for these . Ive been lookong the victron invertera will work but if you want one to run a large bank very expensive .

no such thing exists on lithium. min voltage 18v and max is 25.2v

Those terms do not apply to lithium. Experiment and make sure you set your equipment inside that voltage range at all times

how are you coming up with 78 dollars per kWh... when you factor in tax, shipping, and 189 for the 100Ah/22.2V module.. I'm seeing $113/kwh.

I dont get the tax or the shipping, so I dont factor that in as that different for every customer. come pick them up with cash and you'd pay the stated price.

You would have to fit your own, make sure you get your battery together with the balance wires otherwise some probing is required. I paried my module with a JK BMS 100A

You got quite a deal. KIA will not repair their batteries and try to steal your bumped shield one and try to sell a replacement battery more than the cost of the car. In my case, a rock hit the battery of the KIA Niro EV 2023, it was declared total loss after they tried to go away without compensation with the 64kWh battery offering me to pay 40000 $USD for a new one (625 $USD / kWh).

I would want a amp hour measurement done on these as those kias have the highest battery degradation in the industry - i doubt it's the batteries it must be the kia BMS is garbage. Either way 3-5% degradation per year so a 3 yr old kia module could be be worse than a 11 year old tesla module.

testing can definitely be done, but not at $78/Kwh price. you want Tesla quality, you can expect Tesla prices
