The choreography of the part that starts around 3:00 is beyond beautiful. The way she stays just millimetres out of his reach is incredibly symbolic on so many levels. It communicates how well she knows him, his deep desire to touch her, his frustration with feeling her so close but just outside his reach. Brilliant story-telling, acting, cinematography, writing, etc. Just a masterpiece.
