Hundreds of dead sea lion pups washing ashore on Central Coast

Just as people have been reveling in the growing number of sea lions at Pier 39 in San Francisco, a different story is unfolding on the Central Coast, where a large number of dead sea lion pups are washing ashore. Kris Sanchez reports.

Too hot probably, when they come up for air or they beach but also real sea lions are not small like these there actually like small whales like the size of large sharks or cows or horses or like almost like even the smallest killer whales. The smaller ones are definitely young ones.

We need to clean the water up and we ne ed d to fine a way to help them be more alive the water is dirty and it needs clean up all the people that drive there cars in to the water needs to stop and the peeing or pooping in the water needs to stop or how about the garbage that people leave in the water it needs to stop once the water comes clean they well live a life and be healthy

Hundreds dead in one night can be done sometimes by one person but that be awful and definitely illegal iland the measures to.protect fisheries and plant life may be in place but we will wait and see.
