Hung curd sandwich: Ingredients & Process.
Take a sieve
Muslin or plain cloth
Curd/ Dahi - 500 gms
Hang the curd for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Take out hung curd in a bowl
Add chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, green chillies, sliced olives & boiled sweetcorn.
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt & black pepper to taste
Mix
Take a bread slice
Apply spoonful of mixture.
Cover it with another bread slice.
Heat & grease a pan with Butter.
Place prepared sandwich.
Cook for 1 min on low flame
Flip
Cook for 1 min.
Take out.
Cut.
Serve & Enjoy.
