Hung Curd Sandwich
Ingredients
Curd (Regular) : 1 Bowl
Carrot : 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Capsicum : 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Cabbage : 2 Tbsp (Chopped)
Boiled Cor n : 1 Tbsp
Salt : As per taste
Pepper : As per taste
Oregano : As per taste
Chili Flakes : As per taste
Recipe
1- Keep regular card until it drains out all water in a strainer to make hung curd
2- Now take a bowl and add hung curd, Carrots, capsicum, cabbage, corn, salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes and mix all well.
3-Take a bread slice and spread butter (optional) then spread hung curd filling and cover it with another bread slice.
4. Now gill it on high temp and enjoy with your favorite dips.
