Hey Mark, as a Hungarian I must say you have made a better representation of what Hungary/Budapest is and what makes it great than any other video (Hungarian or foreign) could have/has had ever done. For about a year I took care of a young Hungarian man. His mother a Hungarian immigrant had a story that brought me to tears. She would make some of these dishes for me and I could see the pride in her eyes when my eyes lit up on the first bite. Such delicious savory food. Coldcuts, onions, delicious broths, the Hungarian paprika is yummy. Such a rich history and culture. Thank you for sharing this video. Beautiful country.

I love goulash. We visited Prague in 2015 and we noticed a Hungarian guy in one of the Christmas markets looking very stern, standing next to a big steaming pot of something. We went over and I asked what it is and he replied in a very stern voice "GOULASH!" I had to try it with some bread and I'm glad I did. Absolutely amazing 👌

Then you take us on a walk, beautiful scenery. Now we are getting in a cab to go to a RESTAURANT TO EAT AGAIN! I would love to do that but I would be 600 LBS Love to you Ying and Micah and God keep you all safe. Another thing I notice that Ying lets you try her food also. The steak and mushrooms yummy. My family when we were at a restaurant would try a sample of each other's plates. It was fun. My two sons and husband. Now they have their own families with 5 grandchildren. Now it is hard going through the virus not being able to hug your kids and grandkids. The world is in such a mess. I know and believe God is in control and we as Christians have nothing to fear.

Makes me really look forward to when things finally get back to normal, so we can all go back outside and travel & eat amazing food again! The thing I'm wondering about, is if I'm going stir crazy even though I've been a hermit much of my life and I'm kind of used to be inside a lot...I wonder what it like for someone like Mark who's so used to traveling to a different country all the time to be stuck in one place for such a long period of time.
