@@jules_logan4305 hmm Sort of. In the lion pride, the females hunt, the male ALWAYS eats his fill first, then the females in order of rank, then the cubs eat if there's anything left after that. If it's a small kill, the lower ranked females and the cubs are more likely to get nothing until the next kill or unless the female kills something small on her own

+chemha55 It is extremely important to remain calm and confident when working with large predators like this. If you show any sign of weakness, the big cat will feed off of the energy and become more aggressive.

I have watched your staff on many occasions feed the animals. These three Tigers are indeed gorgeous. I was wondering the gauge of the wire fencing does not look strong enough to hold back an aggressive animal. Is the fencing high enough to prevent an animal from jumping up and over? I presume the climbing animals Cougars, Leopards etc are prevented from using the Trees to escape. As you have said these are intelligent creatures. Sorry for the long message. Regards James

Besides other tigers, they could be threatened by different species of bears, leopards, and crocodiles. The leading threat to the tiger is humans.

Tigers aren't threatened by any other animals, other than the most heinous top predator on the planet, the human, specifically certain sub species of humans that made a comeback in last few hundred years in big numbers. Leopards, bears or crocs are little or no threat to tigers in the wild. They usually stay away from each other. Those animals usually aren't stupid enough to walk into tiger dens and kill their young. Humans and other tigers on the other hand. are pretty good at it. It's in tiger nature to kill their young. It's just bad news now, 'cos they are on the verge of the extinction.

cats at feeding time. even my house cats can get like this when they want to eat. they will swat each other and meow and be a pain in the butt. of course they are several times smaller and can't eat me. i love watching them, they sure do voice loudly. they are so beautiful and i am so glad that they are now where people care about them.

+Kendrahf We separate these tiger siblings so that feeding time is a happy moment for them. We do not want them to feel stress over fighting for their food or losing it to a sibling. We do have to separate some of our big cat multiples, but not all of them.

+2K Bars The tigers are only separated for meal time, calm down. When they're done eating, they get to be together again. As Big Cat Rescue said, it's all to reduce stress. Big cats can get pretty aggressive over food, after all. It's just in their nature, it's part of what they are; wild animals who rely on instinct, and that instinct says get the most food to survive, even if it means beating up your siblings.
