The saying, “Tough times don’t last, Tough people do,” encapsulates the life of Guyana and West Indies all-rounder Kevin Sinclair.
Out of poverty in Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam, cricket saved Sinclair potentially from a life of delinquency.
Going to school hungry and living in a shack with family, the budding star reflects he certainly had a rough childhood, and it is a motivating factor in wanting to help as many as he can through the Kevin Sinclair Foundation.
