Should be titled about the recipes as half the 'folding' ways are repeats and all are the most basic ways of using puff pastry that one would assume to do with it. Egg wash to bond/seal separate sheets would be a tip. Another would be to be creative and make anything you can as long as you don't make it too thick as it doesn't cook evenly giving you done outside raw in or burned outside cooked through. Fill or dress with anything you would think might takes well with bread and butter.
