How common is it for people to weigh packs in Japan? Whenever I see people selling loose packs online, I just assume they've been weighed and the seller pulled out the packs most likely to have hits. Or that they're the packs left in the box once they've pulled the guaranteed hits. But maybe I'm just overly suspicious...
