I never assumed both were so simple to make. I ate hummus every breakfast the last week,almost out of it. Perfect timing to make my own. Will try with a puree stick,until I get a food processor. Great work!

Thank you! Could you just put in the lemon juice w/o straining. Are you straining out the pulp or the seeds? Figured the pulp would be perfectly fine if it is blended, right?

Yes, sure. Straining is just an extra optional step to get rid of any possible large particles, seeds etc..
