I’ve seen other recipes and even though most of the ingredients are the same… something about the calmness, gentleness, addition of and mixing of each ingredient from this man and this recipe carefully mixed just involves my heart. I love food made with LOVE. I have to make it. Thank you for your special care in making this video. It’s A MASTERPIECE like your recipe❤

I'm not sure I ever came across your channel before but quite glad I stumbled upon this video..which btw was a pleasure to look at. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. The food processor you used looks tiny but mighty! May I ask the name of it? I would love to find a processor/blender/grinder as powerful and compact as this for nuts, seeds and maybe some spices.

Thank you for your efforts, but as an Arab who has been making hummus every week since I was 10 years old, I'm sorry to tell you that this is not hummus with tahini. The hummus recipe is much easier than this, and you don't have to put cumin with the hummus and you don't have to use ice, believe me, I make it and still make it every week with my eyes closed. Thank you

We use it without peeling, and we cook chickpeas at home before, without bicarbonate of soda, because it's baladi, cultivated in our hometown, it's tender and small than other types imported from abroad, no need to cumin in the original recipe
