Our insane Moroccan street food tour in Fes started off with one of the most popular dishes in Morocco, tagine. Trying tagine for the first time in Morocco was a real treat! Fez tagines are unlike any other city, sweet and salty with mouth-watering flavours, rich and tasty, this was the perfect place to try tajine for the first time in Morocco!
The Fes old medina is an insane maze of alleys, full of all kinds of popular Moroccan street foods, shopping, and more shopping! Wandering around, trying not to get lost, you can find the best street food in Morocco, from sfenj donuts and fresh sweet mint tea, to desserts and home-made soups. This is one insane Moroccan street food tour of Fez.
A very popular food to eat in Fes and Morocco is harira soup. We tasted this hearty soup at a local shop also selling cow head meat to go along with it. This insane Moroccan street food was delicious and so flavourful, a must stop for any Fez street food tour for sure!

Happy New Year! Croatia (Korčula) is great. Baku in Azerbaijan. Malta (late April/beginning of May) is cool, lots of seafood, pasta, honey. Oman and Bhutan are not announced widely, but lots to see. In September Uzbekistan is perfect with mountains of melons and plov (pilav). Nobody films about Micronesian food, have no idea about it there. Have a nice traveling!!! Really like your way of presenting local cuisines and atmosphere.

PS : Just a friendly historical reminder: what differentiates Moroccan cuisine,Moroccan art & architectur,Moroccan culture & traditions etc etc, from others countries in North Africa and all Arab countries, are the 3 centuries of Ottoman colonization that North Africa suffered , with the exception of the kingdom of Morocco.. So for exemple , the sfenj ( 10:40 ) , tajine , the mint tea , inter alia , are purely Moroccan..

Just watched the video and loved it¡,as always! The lamb looked exquisite in the tajine' . A very interesting combination with the apricots and prunes . Such freshly cooked food. As a moroccan, i've never tried Camel meal, you're obviously treated tourist-like kind of not like a local...camel meat is mostly wide-Spread in the southern part of morocco Sahara region agadir downwards it's the cheapest type of meat in morocco ( but absolutely not bad or not worth a try) und the so called " Tajine al kafta" is the simpliest of all the moroccan Tajine dishes and it's not a Berber Tajine it's a wide spread tajine if you're in a hurry, the second Tajine is the " Tajine bel berqoq" is sweet-savery mixed Tajine consists of lamb cooked in different Spices and herbs and roasted sesame seeds and peeled and roasted almonds caramelized prunes on top succulent...!

That was an amazing food experience. I loved the video. I'm also always impressed by the huge amount of bread visitors take in one bite. You should actually take a small piece of bread (the size you can handle), using just 3 clean fingers (Thumb - Index - Middle) to grab the amount you can eat from the plate. But overall, you can enjoy it the way you want and it was amazing 🕊️.

Wow, what an incredible video! The cooking classes in Fes looked like an unforgettable experience and the final dishes looked absolutely delicious. The beef tajine with apricots is a special treat to my eyes, it looked so flavorful and succulent. Thank you so much you're an expert in Moroccan culture and cuisine, and your passion for sharing that knowledge was evident in every moment of the video. The narration was spot on with great descriptions of the traditional techniques and ingredients used in the dish.
