I love how he says he loves every one of his instruments. It reminds me of the time someone made a nasty remark to my grandmother that she couldn't possibly love her six children as much as the mother of a single child. My grandmother said "A mother's love is never divided, only multiplied". It's so great that his beloved Morin Khuur came back to him after three years. It was meant to be! I truly enjoy these videos. I'm so impressed with all of the band members' deep love of Mongolia and absolute professionalism. It is inspiring.

The more of their videos I watch, the more blown away I am by these guys. I remember when music here in the west was EXCITING! IMPORTANT! IT HAD MEANING IN IT, IT WAS EPIC!! It felt like finding truth and beauty sometimes and it was a long time ago. Now I am finding all of these in the music of the Hu and it doesn't matter that I don't know this language, every time I hear their music, it is so EXCITING! I love it and I am happy I have lived long enough to find these men and their music. I am close to 70 years old and this is so AWESOME!

I was listening to CBC Radio Canada the other day and they played Yuve Yuve Yu. I was surprised to hear a Mongolian song during a program about our First Nation People - if it had been about the Inuit who have throat singers too, I would have understood but I didn't care; I was just happy to hear it on the radio and not just on KZbin! It's strange because I don't care for heavy metal music but I JUST LOVE THAT SONG! It's so... so... manly - full testosterone! PS: I never cared for The Who but I love The Hu!

All the instruments are important some special and sounds different i know it because i have musicians in my family they carry always in travel their best instruments. I left my flute, my Nanny (grandmother) got it for me from her sister from England out in the rain. We were poor, and it was the first instrument I had. I haven't been able to replace it. But, I'm proud to say I've won every award in band every year. I know how to play several instruments, albiet a long time passing.

I believe these guys are going to change more than just the trajectory of Mongholia in modern day, but also change the music scene with their presence! All the member are so well rounded, have very deep connection to their history, they have a different approach to life, in general. They are very connected to their environment, their home ... and the only thing they want to sing about is that! Set them very far apart from ur usual metal scene. Hunnu Rock is prolly one of the best things that happened in the music world in a great while. I mean, notable variance! The msg, the instruments, their throat singing, a combination for music magic!

Wow i have to say that i can understand your Love of The Morin Khuur, it is absolutely stunning & it really does sound like a Horse but i really dig that You have a Wolf as well. Horse in Native American Medicine Totems symbolizes Power & Wolf symbolizes Loyalty, Perseverance, The Teacher, Intuition, Freedom, Instinct, Intelligence, the value of social connections, and The Pathfinder which ensured that Your Beloved Morin Khuur, had the Strength to find The Path back to You! I noticed that Your beloved Morin Khuur "Horse" had a full blaze of Fire down the center of it's face "Very Powerful Male Energy" & the replacement Morin Khuur "Also Special", has The Star that replaced The Alicorn of The Mystical Unicorn, legend states that Princess Celestia is Twilight Sparkle 's Teacher, and she kept studying and working hard, then she became a Unicorn. So i would say that Instrument is Female... Unicorn is my Country's Emblem, therefore this knowledge is Lore not Tale to us.
