Playing a devil's advocate here. But they did reach a world wide audience, no doubt, especially with this song that is very relatable to all Old World civilizations from Atlantic to Pacific ocean.

I saw them at Coachella this year on a whim because I was checking out different sets and let me tell you, the audience was drawn to them. It was a wonderful sight… people were flocking to their concert because the power of their voices extended far and wide. What a sight. It’s something I’ll never forget. To listen to them live was like I was stuck in a trance of admiration for the art of throat singing. I didn’t even record them on my phone because I was so present to their gift! ♥️
