Idaho is for sure a gem, hunted there 3 days last season was blown away at how there is literally no pressure on birds compared to the east coast. See more birds driving down the highway than we see in a whole season.

Thank you! We asked them if we could share and we all felt it would connect with some and could possibly help someone. So he gave us permission to share. So thank you!

Emmit Idaho is actually Emmett. Born and raised in Idaho and been hunting waterfowl here since I was 12. This will be my 26th season.
@HUNT419 ай бұрын
We got this done and aired and noticed that. Sorry about that! Maybe it’ll throw people off your spots! Ha We had a ton of fun up there and you are lucky to have such a great place to hunt.

@@HUNT41 It is great, and the secret is out. I used to be able to sneak a hunt in after school and shoot a limit of mallards and never see a soul. Now there's people everywhere. Opening day last Saturday we heard nonstop shooting for the first hour. Literally nonstop. It was insane.

I've also lived in Emmett my entire life, I've been hunting waterfowl since I was 8, this will be my 23rd year, and can agree that it has definitely changed over the years! Still manage to scrape out limits here and there! Just the vast amount of species you can hunt in such a small area has always been incredible to me.

It looks like this series has changed from a showcase of the 41 species of waterfowl and the people who hunt them into a spot burning video series.

Your videos are so epic and cinematic but I’m sure I speak for most of us here when I say, I’d love to see more of a vlog style of hunting vids if it means getting more content. Love these vids so much. Please never stop

We get asked this a lot. We’ve always wanted the main focus to be on the hosts and they got into duck hunting and them telling about their state that they love. Not so much on our teams ugly mugs! But maybe we could work on doing some live updates while we are filming possibly?!
@1972Odell5 ай бұрын
While i commend doing something different than the normal duck video, this isn’t an art film. I’d rather go to the dentist than have to listen to that music again

You guys do a good job with these. I humbly ask you to please stop announcing locations (cities, landmarks, bodies of water) with respect for the people who call these locations home. I would not give the coordinates to your hunting spots. Places to hunt are becoming fewer and fewer and more crowded. Please do not make this even more difficult. Nice video.
@HUNT419 ай бұрын
Thank you for the feedback. All of us that work on this project are hunters first and we understand this concern. We ask all of our hosts permission and make it very clear that their spots might get exposed. And some that ask us to not show things we try our best not to expose it. Our main goal of this project isn’t to give away honey holes but spread education and share videos of the great states we go to. The majority of those who watch these might never get the opportunity to travel to these states and this is an opportunity to show what is out there and how great hunting ducks is across America.
@FirePirate0996 ай бұрын
@@HUNT41I feel like the original commenter was more referring to all the local hunters who call these locations home. Not just the folks hosting your film crew. By listing locations and landmarks you are likely hurting the locals opportunities.
