i absolutly love the terminus with pennyshot. It comes with more ammo to begin with and barely any drawbacks.

Imo penny shot in No take, unless i will want to go for some crazy pve run, and i agree with you that DB should 1 tap in very close range, same with the bleeding shot, otherwise they might fall into the same category as poison crossbow is now... ( why would i shoot with poison/ DB... if with standard i would alerady kill), nice reviews, i like how your channel evolves!

Honestly it shouldn't. If it can 1 tap then it is a pure upgrade with no draw back. Doesn't fit most other ammo types. DB has the ability to perma burn 25 hp off of a hunter in a single shot, punishing many players who end their bar with a 25. Fletch shots apply bleed, which can be really annoying and deadly, and allows you to 2 tap with shotguns out to 20 meters pretty easy. Making it a 1 shot up close is a REALLY strong upgrade.

@@Eseerrowez I've had some time to play with a DB Specter and it really isn't worth using. The panic factor the fire can induce has perhaps been useful in one or fights but that's about it. The fact that it is completely unable to one tap makes it useless up close because you'll get killed before you can fire the 2nd shot, even if you pop in and out of cover. You're unable to deal any damage to enemies further than 15m away and you'll get outdps'ed by way too many weapons (dolch, bornheim, winfield with levering, akimbo pistols, any revolver with fanning) up close. You'd think that means that it's supposed to be used more as a tool than as a weapon, but it's not good even at this, the poison hand crossbow can pretty much do anything it does but better because it has more range. Just making it able to one tap from 0 to 2m would be a great buff imo

Just an FYI, there seems to be a bug with dragonsbreath where it doesnt do any damage at all (only burn). same bug as with explosive ammo not registering correctly essentially probably why it feels so rng

I agree with your final thoughts on dragons breath seeing you pump that one guy at lawson like 3 times and he still being alive is crazy or when you point blanked the other and they took it like a champ. It should def one tap when you are right in someone’s face just make it that when they go down it doesn’t burn the corpse with the final shot. Also I was wondering what you think about letting tracer rounds and dum dum rounds go thru walls but they don’t deal their effects and do even less damage. Possibly make it so certain weapons can’t penetrate certain surfaces either like the uppercut with tracers can’t penetrate thru metal or a lot of wood?

I find that penny shot is more consistent in the Sawed Romero than the same gun with buckshot, maybe just luck, but the sawed romero already is a gamble so i dont really know, anyone else tried it out?

I agree it feels weak in its current state. That "Romeo Drag + Uppercut" looks really fun. It is very similar to the "Flechette to Long Ammo" such as Martiny + Caldwell Handcannon. It's very easy to finish off people with that, doesn't require much aim and still have a higher range than Dragon, or if you start with that, the bleeding is gonna be of a major annoyance to them and they won't be scared of pushing you since you have flechette then u switch to Long ammo to one-tap them.

personally. i run Dragons Breath with the handcannon terminus + Levering, i only pull it out when in a building and use it, i guess like a flamethrower? i see someone and i hoze them with fire till they either die or back off, and depending if im running quartermaster i might run, a bolt action or annother lever gun as my primary? im currently running, ehh.. Martini Henry IC1 Marksman + Terminus Handcannon-DRGBRTH as my go to, and Vandal + Terminus Handcannon when fresh hunter.

Pennyshot should be only used on Winfield Slate, it makes it one shotting machine with reliable body shots

On sawed off shotguns like the short specter or short terminus, DB is really effective imo. You wouldnt kill anyways, and a panicking hunter on fire is easily shot again

for pvp normal buckshots are more effective than most of the custom ammos except for slugs, dragons breath might be good if your teammate has a sparks and that's about it. flechettes have better range but can't one tap, and the whole purpose of bringing a shotgun is to be able to one tap at close range. And actually most of the custom ammos aren't as effective as they look like. 9 out of 10 times normal ammo would do just as well if not better. They are still fun to use tho, but don't rely too much on them.
