Wow. What a transformation that has taken place at HTC. I remember launching them on this journey many years ago. I still have pictures and data from the first weeks onsite. I don't think anyone would believe the before Lean pictures are from the same factory as it exists today. Dustin is right. Persistence is the key to success. Dustin is so dedicated to creating an environment where people want to share and grow to become the best they can that he learned Spanish so he could better communicate. He also implemented English as a second language training for the Hispanic staff. Now everyone can communicate without barriers. We the journey started, I told Dustin that he could easily double his output with existing resources. He wasn't sure he wanted to because all he could see was more headaches. He is now doing more than 6 times what he was doing 12 years ago and he loves every minute of it and has less stress. I am so honored to have been part of the solution.
