Nen has naturally anti aging properties. Remember when you guys made a skit about Nen properties? You even mentioned it there. Bisky's ability capitalizes on that aspect. Her ability is the thing that makes her look like a pre teen girl, but even at her "normal" bulky state, she's supposed to be borderline 60. But it appears as if she's mid 30 peak of strength.

her ability to transform has nothing to do with the aging down factor of nen. in the latest arc she explains that she has no idea how her ability works. she was always mad that she was bulky and wanted to be smaller and gradually she got smaller until she was her tiny version. she says that there is much about nen thats not known

anti aging is more of a natural Enhancer ability. If you're a master Enhancer you're going to be still in peak physical condition even after your prime. though it still does utilize Ten and Zetsu to lessen your aging as well so you don't necessarily have to be an enhancer just be proficient with those abilities and keeping your physical attributes in top shape.

Neither of those are the real reason. The real reason involves some manga spoilers, but it's still not very clear because these things never are in hunter hunter. My guess is that Netero is just a monster. I mean, he was in the mountains for years and only punched, without eating or drinking or anything! The manga spoiler theory is that Netero went to the dark continent, which has nitro rice. Netero and two other people who went with him are the only three people to live for over 100 years. It's never been confirmed that netero has eaten nitro rice to extend his lifetime, but its also never been confirmed that bisky or any other enhancer has an extended lifespan.

I've seen countless times that reactors who are not from East Asia got confused when the subtitles mention Lady Guanyin(观音/観音). She's one of the most revered and beloved Buddhist deity in East & Southeast Asia. Whether you're a Buddhist or not, the mere mentioning of her name brings forth an absolute solemnity and reverence in people's heart. Thus in the scene when the master of that dojo knelt before Netero in tears and trembling voice because he saw Netero as a reincarnation of Lady Guanyin, the emotional impact is MUCH bigger for viewers from Japan/China/Korea, etc. I just hope the subtitles can at least briefly explain who Guanyin is.

the chairman is Bisky's martial arts teacher, Bisky taught wing, and Wing is teaching Zushi and trained gon and killua. in a way, they're all fellow disciples of Netero. but Zeno also said that Netero was the only one to face his grandfather and lived. in the original anime, they showed Zeno's grandfather.

HxH without the details and intricacies: a mere 7/10 With them: 10/10 When you say ''this is where it gets good'' you sadly didn't have any appreciation for all the build-up, thematic overlap, character development and in-depth story telling that has been going on since the start. Reactors like Normies, Blindwave and ImonSnow all seem to just want action. They think it isn't worth paying attention when anything, but action is going on. Normies for example didn't remember a thing about the Greed Island rules and hated that arc because they never were able to follow it. Been watching YaboyRoshi and that guy seemed to be into it and getting all the details since the beginning. Love how he's watching the show, he even thoroughly enjoyed the Greed Island arc. An arc that often gets shit, while it's still a pretty solid arc. That guy actually paid attention and liked it, crazy concept!
