I only briefly scouted this place the day before, and decided to hunt the next day due to the deer sign and habitat.

Great videos I love it when a new one come up...Hey here is a little hint to get into the bedroom of the deer if it`s noisy. I can call crows with my voice and will call with every step. It is amazing how close you can get to the bedding areas . If you don't call with your voice you can use a crow call. Try it ,it works and if your in the woods you always hear crows making a fuss all the time. Just make sure you can sound like a crow first ,hehe. Cheers from Ontario.

WOW. Here in Maine, the odds of finding a place like that, where multiple bucks, does, and yearlings show themselves in a matter of two or three hours, are probably a thousand to one. Congratulations on a wonderful evening in an extraordinary spot. Hearing the quail was icing on the cake. Are there still huntable coveys in your part of Tennessee? Best, Chris

Tennessee must be loaded with deer, where I hunt on public land in North West Florida there is like 2 deer per 2 square miles, you can usually see 4 deer per season, that’s why most hunters use dogs on public land. We definitely don’t put cameras out cause someone will steal it and throw it in the nearest creek!
@GotNiced
@GotNiced 6 ай бұрын
No, Catman is just good at finding them. I've hunted TN and didn't see a single deer all year on any of the public land around me. Could have just been me, but I didn't see anyone else leaving with deer either.
