Alright, I'll give you that - the video description gave most of it away but not my current area that I'm living anymore - though the mention of getting a data request from YT does have me concerned if someone needed it for a legitimate reason. On that note, your predictions with the huntsman spider was quite impressive. (By the way, it's Coober Pea-dea) Thanks for letting me onto this activity - I honestly was quite spooked when I was the first participant but was quite relieved that you could only tell I was Australian and was from Coober Pedy. Also - thanks for not asking around for the lost connection, that'd probably be the ticket to finding me. Funnily enough that trick sumsub described about asking people in the area is the exact trick my biological father used to track down my bio mother (I’m adopted) to be able to find me to get contact. Luckily in my case, I didn’t know who he was and am happy to have in my life now. It’s crazy the information you can find out about people from the little information you do know.

(So I did comment but it seems like it didn’t send) Man, I was not expecting to be featured. Low key I expected more to be found out, but that wasn’t the case. Maybe because it was just simple things and a couple of tools. There are also tools like Pimeyes(which is similar to tineye, but with facial recognition), Sherlock, Profil3r, Maltego(used a lot by journalists and has a lot of functions) and more. Thanks for helping me find out about these things so I can fix some, and also thanks for the compliment

3:09 - I've been to Coober Pedy. They have really cool museums, underground hotels (because it's so hot in the day and cold in the night), and there was one place with the best pancakes I've ever had. Definitely worth the multi-hour bus, car and train trips to get there (and further).

@@CanteLizzie Most people are actually this easy to find. I do a lot of research like this online for a personal family genealogy project. Oftentimes I start looking for someone having only very basic information, such as their initials. It's actually been harder for me to find some of the people from the past, than it has been to find their descendants.

Not activating Windows is actually perfectly legal, Linus Sebastian (from Linus Tech Tips) doesn't activate Windows on test machines and has addressed that it's fine. But removing "activate Windows" with cracks is illegal :)

this was really interesting, I used to do similar stuff but in a noob version, its similar to doxing but not revealing their id to public, like figuring out where a particular KZbinr or film actor lives, I know it's creepy but I was only practicing my "skills", and not intending to harm anyone, I was surprised to find out how easy it was sometimes. lol I wanted to become an investigator and was interested in espionage [when i was 16 lol, now lost interest in it]. btw, would love to see you make a video on that, on doxing someone (legally and with their conscent).

The scariest thing to me is how a simple Internet search for my first and last names coupled with my city of residence brings up publicly accessible voting records that show my full name, date of birth, address, the last four digits of my Social Security number, my political affiliation, phone number, and even my estimated yearly income. It's scary how much personal information is readily accessible.

I used to do it for fun with my internet friends back in the early 2010s they all thought I hacked into their systems but I was simply "digging" through mostly public info plus ask them general innocent questions. Some of them I even got their home addresses and that freaked them out haha

Ahh I you recall my memory of 2012, where I dig the system in my campus that can reveal anyone in campus. I even become some sort of consultant for my friends if they got a girl, little know about her, but had tiny detail, like her faculty, or her nick name. I can find it so easily, however, a year after that, the system had been revamped and I no longer able to use it. It was fun really.

AAAhh this interest me i have three google accounts all with different names and stuff that is believable on all three of em like education,location,blood group etc.This one i use for normal day to day stuff..while the second one i use for less safe kinda risky sites ans the sites for which i dont want to disclose my information.And the last one i use for extremely shady websites and other stuff.I really want to know if you l be able to know the other two accounts as i prettty sure its going to be difficult..CHeers! i hope to partcipate in the second video
