Each country has different laws for different areas. Such as private or communal land does not have that rule. Generally that only applies to government or national parks areas, but differs per country as well

Is that David Attenborough's voice narrating?

Yes it is, AI not the real one

@@AfricanSafariFilms Hello Morgan. Thanks for your videos. I've watched and enjoyed many. Not so much this one. Firstly, and least importantly, I'll say that I would rather see hunters behaving with calm dignity and reflection upon taking the life of a majestic animal. I suspect you feel the same way. This is not something you can influence while filming, though the edit you prepare for public consumption could be tuned a little differently from what we see here. It's a matter of taste and I know that people are different. But let me turn to aspects of the video which are, I think, entirely your domain. I fully understand and advocate the benefits of conservation hunting, in the same way that you do. I also know that David Attenborough is not of the same mind and so your choice to use his voice for narrating the video via AI seems disingenuous and disrespectful. It looks like you're saying, 'up yours' to folk who are not in favour. I'd prefer you used a real or AI voice with consent from someone who is an informed supporter of conservation hunting, whether known to us or not. The other suggestion I'll make is, starting the video with images of several animals being shot without the build up of a background to this being conservation hunting has the effect of detracting from the legitimacy of a safari that's guided by a professional hunter and a videographer. It makes the video feel like it's been pulled together by AI instead of a skillful editor who is good at storytelling, such as yourself. Why not just get straight into the real story? I hope you find this feedback to be interesting and maybe even helpful. Regards, Rick.

Compare to civilized humans, elephants are monsters or beasts. Let the poor Africans eat them as meats.

I do appreciate the economics of hunting as a hunter my self and the joy of success but it saddens me to see all the rejoicing and not as much thought or respect for the animal. When I shoot i always take the time to sit with my prey and give thought and respect. It’s a big shame that your explanation of the economics of hunting doesn’t reach wider audiences which would never watch this kind of footage and has very little understanding.

IF you were a real hunter, as you claim to be, you would never be discouraging another hunter on the animals he had hunted. The hunting community supports and stands by each other. Just because this hunter has gone and hunted bigger game than you doesn't mean he is better than you he is just in a different league than you. Try and be more kind and respectful next time
