Followed you from the start, a straight up guy showing people you don't need a 80k fishing boat to catch and cook a delicious feed. Keep it up 👍

Can't beat a good squid session. Good stuff Andy - getting to that time of year where the bigger squid come out to play!

The one thing you catch that I actually know about is the squid. Ate a lot of it in Thailand 40+ years ago and love it. Cheers Andy 👍🤙

I see how you catch them but I’m quite clearly a crap fisherman. Or you are just bloody good! Went there a few weeks back and got one in over 3h! On a paddle kayak so maybe that’s why? I only ever get 1 or 2. You do need Napier me to get down there, driving down from Joondalup

A pedal kayak definitely makes it easier, try trolling slowly or just leaving your jig in the water and drift if you don't get any casting. Cheers mate!

Right hand side Hillarys marina over the weed beds. Get yr jig down deep near the seagrass

Can i please ask you mentioned a squid bag limit of 15, is there a size limit as well ? Really like your outlook on fishing and the way you present you videos, Thank you.
@paddlefisher7 ай бұрын
No size limit on squid, and the smaller ones are often the better ones to eat.

Hey there do you have any recommendations for budget friendly kayaks to fish around the cockburn sound and woodmans point? Really want to access more spots but don’t have the budget to drop $1k+ on a yak
@paddlefisher7 ай бұрын
Second hand would be the way to go, Wilderness systems are a quality kayak that don't have the price tag of hobies....a good condition tarpon 120 would be a good place to start.

What months are best for squidding in Woodies?, are the winter months more productive in your opinion?
@paddlefisher7 ай бұрын
Squid are available year round, but winter is generally considered the best time for bigger ones.
