Did an inspection last week. No cancerous rust. Only surface rust I will be removing and ensuring I do everything I can to keep moisture out 💪🏼 280zx build is officially a GO! 😊

Nice work on the Z. I’m going to link you a product to ur IG; for when you start re assembling make sure you coat all ur nuts and bolts in to prevent all those broken, seized nuts and bolts from happening again. Imo it’s a must for us that own super old cars.

After watching this Zx i can see about 5 to 7 thousand dollars in resurrection costs. I've already put close to 3K into mine and it's almost daily driver ready. Remember this is not a project car it's a full blown resurrection from the ground up. I'm certain you guys will see the extensive costs once you go under the car. If you need a rebuild on anything which is most likely the case here. i know of one place out here California specifically Pomona. Any questions lmk I'm close to getting my Zx road worthy.

I have a 260z with a 2jz on it. I started my project 3 years ago 100% by myself. It had more rust than hookers have stds lol. I know it is hard and it takes time, but the secret is to be consistent and don’t stop making progress, even if it is just a screw. Nice videos and keep posting. What engine are you planning on swapping? (My IG is devil2jz if you wanna see the car)
