12:42 These do better when you list the EXACT name of the Bowling alley. If the bowling alley is GONE / demolished they do better. These are VERY common.

Nice pick up! I'm bummed that there is an estate sale around the corner from me but I can see on the estatesale site that the prices in the photos are outrageous. Guess I will be going further for better deals.

I'm never sure what to do. I look things up. It says what people paid before then... it sits in my store forever and doesn't sell. I've watched KZbin videos and then found things they are picking up that sell for them. Doesn't sell for me. One time lady said don't pick up a certain item because she never could sell it but, I already had. It sold. It's confusing lol

When we list an item in a category that we don’t usually sell, it can take extra time to sell. Also if there are already a lot listed of an item it might never sell or take a long time to sell.
