Lived myself in Tokyo 2 years and saw there many outstanding machines there. As a South American I can hardly put me in position to understand the heavy past between the both countries but I yes can say that they love these machines in their original shape and they care them with amazing passion!

nothing wrong with someone owning a bike anywhere they have a passion for. HD always sold their bikes anywhere someone had the money to buy it. I have my whole collection up for sale, you should e-mail me huntingharleys@gmail.com

That's that deep fat rumble I'm constantly trying to get from my Sporty but that will never be the case to come with any mufflers. I know..... Great vid, thanks again Todd. Gabor

I like your comments ,i never knew late 54’s came with straight leg frames,etc,etc -I don’t think we had the different paint etc. here in Canada because the dealers just took what ever they could get ,maybe because of the price?? That badge on the front fender is the 50th aniversery emblem ? Correct ?? I never did figure that one out, it might bring out interesting conversation,,-and i am going to leave it at that. Ride safe my friends.

Panheads are growing on me. 1) Knucklehead 2) Flathead 3) Shovelhead 4) Panhead… 5) Ironhead 6) Evolution … but that may be changing. They make great noise!

If it was indeed "already warm" than it did not need a primer kick at all that's why you had trouble starting her . Bless you
@HuntingHarleys5 жыл бұрын
Warm and ready without a primer kick is not the same as semi warm and needing one to start. There is an inbetween state and Pan's LOVE to load up and become recalcitrant in that state.

Beautiful pan, just my personal opinion but these old Harleys look so much better without all that bling everyone put on them past and present. I hate the rear fender racks, all of them, original Harley accessory or aftermarket. Again just personal opinion.

You said this one's for sale. Where do you list your bikes you're selling?
@HuntingHarleys10 жыл бұрын
it is an e-mail list I send out to my customers
@dawnrobb880910 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I get it. You probably got a regular line of guys waiting to buy your inventory with more money than I see in a year as extra spending cash. Maybe if I hit the lottery I'll contact you to get on that list
@HuntingHarleys10 жыл бұрын
Robert Robb not exactly, making an on line inventory website takes time that I do not have and what it does is educate everyone on "what the price" is. Far better to keep that between me and my customers, most of whom do not buy anything that "everyone knows about", regardless of how much it is. I sure wish I had the millionaire clients, but that is not reality. The reality is, I have mainly dealer's for client's who only sell to their client's because their client's cannot see the price on line.
