I use 28ga for woodcock and rails , if you reload shotshells you can open 12ga shells and put the steel shot in your 20 . I've done that for .410 when shooting rails and clappers.

That would be awesome! I have a 28 which I know would be great for them. I don't know how to reload or have the equipment though. Hopefully one day I can find some steel for my 28

I loved this episode. I wish you would do more catch and cooks to. I love your house. It feels like a ton of other homes I’ve eaten fish and other meals in living in northern Michigan. The new mount looks awesome too.

Great video L.T. they look like a hoot to hunt. I have only hunted ducks. I need to go and try that some time. The meal looked really tasty, cant go wrong with bacon.

Thank you!!! They're so much fun. They're actually our fastest bird. The falcon only beats them in short distance speed. Very yummy too. Let me know if you get the opportunity to hunt them

@@TSmith1025 I would love to see you guys get some. They're so fast and a blast to hunt. They're so thick in the marshes this year. Even where i fished yesterday there were tons of rails around and snipe too. Can't mistake that screetch when they flush lol

Dang! That looks amazing! Here @ SoCal we make Dove Poppers, you should try them on them Snipes. Piece of Jalapeño A little Sour Cream Dove or in your case Snipe medallion. Wrapped in bacon then sprinkled with your dry rub. Give it a try and let me know. Other than that, awesome catch and cook brother! I’ll have to try out a snipe hunt this up coming waterfowl season 🤙🏼💯

Thanks Gary!!!! That makes my day🙌 yes as long as there is some water. They like a couple inches and marsh grass. They hunt them all over from Michigan to Florida! I've never been in a marsh and not heard or flushed and snipe and rail lol

@@coleupper8213 13 bass but nothing special the bigger fish were acting weird probably because of this cold front. Most were staged off the drop off
