Loved your story. Thanks TONS for sharing it! Man - you had BAWLS to do what you did! Stories like this BEATS all other hunting videos IMO! Sometime I'll have to share about the time I killed a spike buck with my hunting knife. Now THAT was some experience!

That’s a great story. Funny how some people would think “ I’m not touching that thing” and others “ hell with it, lets grab that thing”. I would have chosen the latter myself. Been close but not that close yet. Not sure what I’d do if I caught it. I’d watch more camp fire videos if they came up in the future. Stay safe and good luck out there 👍👍😎

Yeah that was a cool story! You must of been braver then I've ever been. I had a deer jump right over me once and one of his foot nicked my head. It was crazy and scared the s**t out of me. I never thought of trying to catch one by hand. 🤣 I would like to hear more stories like that.👍

I was laughing pretty hard when I heard this. Then I went and watched it with my wife, and laughed even harder watching it with her. HaHa! Can't wait for the kids to come home from school, so I can watch it with them.

You didn’t think that completely through for sure. I don’t think grabbing him would have been in my thought process as much as killing him but until your actually in that spot ...who knows. Great story.

Hahaha. Yeah I wasn't interested in shooting him, but if I had any idea what was about to happen I think I'd have made a better choice.

I once had the opportunity to grab a decent 4x4 muley buck. I he was less than 5 feet way backed against a barb wire fence. The does with him were going nuts. I reached out and he turned toward me and put his head down point blank. I wasn't expecting that and fortunately for me made it out without incident.

So you're a guy that wants a story and that is why you hunt and that is why you thought you could catch a deer. All for the story.
