Joshua Voss most of the lakes by me are relatively shallow, so they freeze over first. I haven’t been out to a big reservoir I fish often to check it out, it’s deep so I would assume it hasn’t frozen over yet. But lucky you man, I grew up in Florida and started living in Germany after I got out of the Army, I friggin hate the cold..

Insane catch on the scout. I love fishing in the winter.. Same kinda thing happened to me in December, on a lake that I had never fished. It was super cold, like 42° water on a squarebill, less than 8' of water. I was mindblown. Awesome video JB!! Makes me want to get a bunch of scouts, and do a Jerkbait Challenge for a One Bait Wednesday.
