Ecclesiastes 9:10 whatsoever thy ha😮nds findeth to do , do it with all thy might for there is no work in the grave wither thou goest. Love that you using track to glorify God to thank him for the talent he gave you. You will make that Paris 24 team USA brother . God bless you

This is great. I’m a D2 collegiate athlete currently with a PR of 14.98 in the 110 hurdles, sometimes I forget that even some of the best in the world have difficult sessions or don’t just immediately acclimate to new things.

Magnificent; this will catapult you forward ones you get the hang of it... You can use all that New energy and frequency between the hurdles instead off to the first hurdle! ...also seems he doesnt have that pause of his trail leg before it touches the ground! Lets GO!

Those bounding over the hurdles retraumatized me. Lol. I crashed into the hurdles and crack my tooth. Hurdling is all about focus and determination. It teaches us lesson. I love hurdles.

Consider working on your hyperarch fascia! Noticed that your heels collapse/spring down after getting over each hurdle which costs you more time & brings you a bit lower for your next hurdle.
@AllInTheGame01 Жыл бұрын
Good to see Terrence Trammell, dude could start (6.45/10.04 PBs), could deliver on the 1st leg of a 4x1. Could easily have a dual type meet this season before Trials between USA & JAM given the crazy amount of talent available; W100mH; Keni Harrison, Alaysha Johnson, Masai Russell & Tia Jones vs Britany Anderson, Danielle Williams, Ackera Nugent & Janeek Brown M110mH; Grant Holloway, Devon Allen, Cordell Tinch & Daniel Roberts vs Omar McLeod, Hansle Parchment, Rasheed Broadbell & Damion Thomas W400mH; Sydney McLaughlin, Dalilah Muhammad, Shamier Little & Britton Wilson vs Rushell Clayton, Janieve Russell, Andrenette Knight & Shiann Salmon M400mH; Rai Benjamin, Trevor Bassitt, CJ Allen & Khallifah Rosser vs Roshawn Clarke, Jaheel Hyde, Assinie Wilson & Robin Black

it’s because of your form, when i first started hurdling i had really really bad lower back pain too. as your form gets better so will the pain. for now though i would just use lots of bio freeze and take it easy. listen too your body, if u have to skip a couple reps that’s ok.

Your neurologically not balanced your right cerebellum is weak you drift to the right causing your right foot not being to support your weight when coming off the hurdle creating fatique,etc I am 71 and still hurdling also i am a functional neurologist find a doc and show him your vidoes in the slow mo You tilt your head to the left to offset your weakness which is possibly a vestibular problem. Easy to fix.
@Sealae8010 ай бұрын
Most hurdlers are asymmetrical and drift to their lead leg side the question is if he does what you see how does that guarantee he will run faster.
@erikseduardslazda8632 Жыл бұрын
Do you get mutch of lower back pain when hurdling, and if you do, how do you treat it?
@Riseofdrob Жыл бұрын
Not so much but it could come from your glutes being tight so try rolling them out with a lacrosse ball or baseball and that might help
