It's got nothing to do with height, it's just personal preference. Aaron gillanne from limerick is 6 feet 3 or 4 and he uses a 31

Its got a lot to do with height, especially when youre bending down to get the ball, or trying to hit it far.

Style and thickness are personal preference. Find a friend that has a different cut and ask to borrow it. Or buy a new cut and give it a try.
