this is literally the most moving thing i've ever seen! the scene selection and pacing of this is absolutely unreal and although i may sound fine, i'm typing this through tears, it's just absolutely stunning. voiceover videos are so challenging to me personally and you have done this on a masterclass level. the flow not only of the scenes but of the accompanying v/o is just...fucking incredible. i cried so much. this is wonderful, absolutely wonderful.

This is amazing. What song did you use?! I really want to listen to it. And Michael's line, "What do we owe to each other . . ." always gives me the chills, as he professes this to Eleanor when SHE was the one who taught this to him and Chidi to her. Because it’s tied to what Chidi believes, what Eleanor learned, from Chidi's lectures and from a book he and Eleanor read. It’s one of morals of this show. What does it mean to BE a Good person? Is what we ask ourselves everyday. And it was a perfect tie-in for Chidi's wishes they had met under normal circumstances, where she walks into his office And they slowly meet again in their 2nd chance, Just the way he wished. I truly believe that somehow they WERE meant to be. She’s given him the straightforwardness and "push" he needs to make a decision. He’s given her the tools to grow better as a person. She’s the contrast he needs in his life. And he’s the comforting hand she needs in her life. It’s a journey these two have been on. And it’s absolutely lovely.

ok an overall comment, you slay these videos with instrumentals and this is just so sharp and so perfectly put together, the way you utilise the clips with the voiceovers, the way you build up their story and show how, even if they were matched for the wrong purposes, they actually ended up being the right match. I also love that this music was used for another story about another soulmates ship who are rebooted hundreds of times and still find each other, just like these two. This is just perfection as always from you and god you make me love them even more by way of your editing and love for them through that editing

I genuinely think that chidi and eleanor are actual soul mates, who just so happened to have been picked for this task because eleanor's dislike of being nice coupled with chidi's ultimate desire to be the most ethical should have made them opposite, but when they got together eleanor rose above her selfishness and chidi became less indecisive to the point where there was one run through where he hardly even hesitates to say "i love you" for the first time. I think that if they did end up going to the actual good place, which i think they might end up going to at the end of season 3, then they would be sorted together as actual soul mates.

i’m trying to find the words but i can’t. i don’t know how to express how amazing this is! it almost made me cry, seriously, tears were about to fall. these two have such a beautiful relationship that develops in such an organic way and you showcased it perfectly. one of my favorite types of vids are ones that show the progression of a relationship and this is definitely gonna in my favorites of all time. i love how the way you vidded it mirrors the show, with it starting off with eleanor and how she’s the “bad” one and chidi is “good” but then as it goes on you realize that neither are 100% either/or, both have their faults and their strengths and how much they complement each other’s faults and strengths. i also love how you showed them as soulmates who will find each other and help one another in every universe. seriously beautiful. ♡
