Must say I like the royal blue karakal grip, I've always went between that and black.

@@ciarapower6275 good choice, I'm not a fan of o'neills grips, been using karakal from when I started and that's over 20 years now, I've always experimented with orange and yellow, their not bad if you want a change of colour.

Hi Thank you for the great video. How do you get it put on or Buy one with it already on or/and Reason it is on. The Metal / Steel on the bottom of the Stick. One or Two Lines of it. Thank you.

Most Hurley makers will put it on for you. And the bands are mainly aesthetic these days, they do add a bit of weight but just get what you think looks the best

This hurl had a crack in the bas. The steel banding here is used to give support on either side of the glue joint.

The steel bands are there because the hurl has been fixed a lot.. Bands hold the pieces together.. And I never let the hurl makers or anyone else put my grips on, I always do it myself

What sort of tape is on the top end. Just regular black tape ?

Yeah, just insulating tape or "electrical tape"
